By downloading or using Aurka ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Aurka. By using the App, you confirm that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you should review these terms with a parent or guardian.

2. Your Account

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
• You must provide accurate information during registration.
• You may not create accounts for others or operate multiple accounts.
• You may delete your account at any time via the in-app option under your Profile → ⋮ menu → Delete account.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Aurka to:

• Post content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or harassing.
• Post nudity, sexual content, or graphic violence.
• Impersonate any person or entity.
• Spam or distribute malware.
• Violate the intellectual property rights of others.
• Collect or store personal data about other users without their consent.
• Use the App to facilitate any unlawful activity.

4. Content You Post

You retain ownership of the content you post on Aurka. By posting, you grant Aurka a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display and distribute your content within the App for the purpose of operating the service.

We do not claim ownership of your content. You are solely responsible for the content you post.

5. AI-Generated Aura Readings

Aura scores, types, and captions are generated automatically by AI (Google Gemini). They are for entertainment purposes only and do not constitute professional advice of any kind. Aurka makes no guarantees about their accuracy.

6. Content Moderation

We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms and to suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly violate our policies. You can report content that violates these Terms using the Report option on any post.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms. You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Aurka is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aurka shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
